Now, I have mentioned before how I am so excited in seeing this show aired here. Surely, I have finished watching this but of course, the addict that I am I wanted to see it again. And I would have less reading time. This show was not in the same timeslot as with My Girl (Thank you lucky stars!) so I was able to go and watch it after that. I am still not sure what will happen when “Ako si Kim Samsoon” airs.

I have been watching this for a few weeks now but I decided not to recap it because there are a lot of better bloggers doing this for me. And GMA cut the episodes in halves, and it lost some of the interest in me to recap it. I sorta miss those cute drawings that introduce each episode but again, I have to take it into consideration that they have to think of the timeslot and the Pinoy attention span.

Apart from the slight name changes, there were not much to point out in the show. Since I have seen and heard the Korean actors in their voices saying their lines, it still needs some getting used to with the Tagalized (or it should be Filipinized) version. Not hating on the dubbers and translators, I know it must have been a challenge doing this kind of work, I still prefer if we have it subtitled.

And I miss the songs. I think “Cool Ka Lang” is a fun song but “To You of Mine” from the ost would be better fitting. They already translated the entire series anyway, a song wouldn’t hurt. Just a few cheques along the way. Just a thought.

I guess I wouldn’t stop watching this in its entirety anyway. It’s just enjoyable. Lee Min Ki is just adorable. I don’t know what they will do if they remake this one also.
